bongo shocks

Post by redalan1971 » Sat May 09, 2009 7:56 pm

i want to replace the lowered suspension springs on my bongo with standard ones.
i have the spings but am wondering do i need to change the shocks as well or are they the same, the reason i ask is the standard spings seem very long in comparison and i was wondering are my shocks shorter than the standard length.

Dont know for certain but as I understood it, the 'lowering' was done by the spring itself. The shock should still be the same dimensions as the original. Well done for returning the vehicle to how it should be.
