Asda Castrol 10w 40b3 GTX Diesel oil £15-75 5L, I know the Bongo needs 6L they have 1L for £5-00 still cheap for quality oil

But personally I think 40 is too thick unless your engine is really worn,
5w or 10w/30 is recommended.
