Asda Castrol 10w 40b3 GTX Diesel oil £15-75 5L, I know the Bongo needs 6L they have 1L for £5-00 still cheap for quality oil =D>

I wouldn't bother with the litres at that price buy 2 x 5 litres and keep the surplus for any top up and next change.

But personally I think 40 is too thick unless your engine is really worn,
5w or 10w/30 is recommended.
