I've had an ongoing problem with the lack of air coming out of the windscreen vents.. All other vents work fine without any issues. I asked my mechanic to have a look but he said he could'nt find any blockages, not sure if he looked to be honest. Any idea's?

Cheers!

Hi
The usual problem is the little clips on the cable ends have popped off the lug on which they sit. Have a look in the footwell at the side of the heater chamber....all will be instantly clear....check both sides...driver and passenger.
Cheers

The heater chamber is the box that sits in the middle of the footwell between driver and passenger, on each side of it there are various mechanical linkages, the exact type depends on the type, year of the vehicle and air conditioner. If you read thru all the links that the FAQ link above gives you will understand better - the exploded diagrams from the Lush projects links and if your a member of the club then the members fact sheets go into great detail on how to repair each element there are 5 fact sheets, and 15 exploded diagrams each with every single component linked to with its part number. after that there are the discussions on the site here, use the forum search page see link in the top right corner or click here.

Good luck.
