V6 behind starter motor water pipe

Iv'e looked and looked even raced down to bongo bits to have the pipe in my hand and have a look and compare and have come to a inconclusive decission that i'm not convinced it is the same pipe as the diesel, any ideas guys or am i dim #-o and no comments from you on that please mr pretender :D :wink: what you know apole :?: mine don't appear to be leaking but doesn't look pretty and don't feel confident with it :!: all replies are greatly recieved, one of the crew must be able to confirm before i just buy some samco pipe and do me own

Hi Dar,

3 Options I can think of:

Firstly get the part number from lushprojects and see how much/quick mazda or jap automotive solutions can source for you.

Secondly give flippa a pm on here, he does the silicon pipes and maybe able to help. He's a good guy.

Third, just get a silicon or normal standard pipe from an autofactors and use that.

Fourth, go to Halfrauds and see if they have any on the shelf that will or can be easily adapted to fit?

I would be looking to replace it mind, and before you start I'd take a good look at the others too, especially the 2 to the rear heater matrix as they get road grime etc thrown at them too. No point in refilling and bleeding the system and then having another one go.

If you want a hand finding part numbers etc give me a shout.
