bongo wouldnt start this afternoon.
been left for about 3 weeks just now though. still need to disconnect and check with volt meter etc just in case bad connection or damp etc
battery in it will be at least 3 year old. i notice halfords are advertising 50% off their batteries but the search does have a bongo - any idea what model would do.

Re: battery
well had a peak today
battery has been swapped at some point but it's a halfords hb 075 - currently reading 11.2
i'm just going to swap rather than try to charge as the specs on this are pure in comparison to above
ie 520 amp and 60 ah
will see if i can get a bosch from a local dealer /factor

Re: battery
Guys just a quick one. I wanted to add a second starter battery but am now im thinking of replacing both of them as the one that came with my bongo sounded weak the morning after i camped out in it and only used the interior light for a couple hours. I checked the battery but there is nothing written on it indicating the model. All that is written on it is “Part Number 100” and the brand is Avon Super. Its a 1995 2WD Bongo. Will the batteries mentioned in this thread, i.e 95amp, do the job?
Cheers
