Fancy popping down to do mine Carl? - I can't be bothered

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

YbB, any hints you can provide? I'm thinking mainly of how to ensure the tension is off the joints when you come to undo them - how did you ensure the load was evened-out with the car jacked up?
Cheers.

As long as the vans on level ground side to side they're be no load on them to allow the links to be changed.

Cheers, Dandy. You suggesting I do them without removing the wheels - just turn them full lock for access?
I was originally wondering how to ensure a 'level playing field' after having jacked up the car and removed the wheel.
Thanks.

You could jack up the van and put axle stands on the crossmember to keep both sides level. You'd be best to slacken off the anti roll bar clamps if the wheels are unsuspended - that will allow the a/roll bar to slip round
