There is a fact sheet on how to change the water pump in the members area.
There is also a workshop manual for the diesels only, but opinions differ as to how good it is as it is a translation from Japanese with bits missing

A friend and me did it in about an hour plus bleeding. One worked from the top (me) and my mate from underneath.

Make sure you get the belt tension right (2 belts) or you'll be forking out for another one sooner than you expect............

I have been running the bongo for about 400 miles after changing the water pump. All seems to be running well so far how do I know if the tension on the belts is ok?

A rule of thumb is...you should be able to twist the belt on it's longest run through 90 degrees....or deflect it about half a inch midway along the longest run..
