There is a fact sheet on how to change the water pump in the members area.

There is also a workshop manual for the diesels only, but opinions differ as to how good it is as it is a translation from Japanese with bits missing

A friend and me did it in about an hour plus bleeding. One worked from the top (me) and my mate from underneath. :D

Make sure you get the belt tension right (2 belts) or you'll be forking out for another one sooner than you expect............ :?

I have been running the bongo for about 400 miles after changing the water pump. All seems to be running well so far how do I know if the tension on the belts is ok?

A rule of thumb is...you should be able to twist the belt on it's longest run through 90 degrees....or deflect it about half a inch midway along the longest run..
