Yupiteru VE-E23 Engine starter/central locking

Hi,

My Freda came with a engine starter/central locking device installed. It's a Yupiteru VE-E23 and I have them manual for it but I cant read it because its in Japanese. I'm trying to get it to work but can't. Anyone got one of these devices and knows how it works? ANyone know how to get a translation of the manual?
