front fog lights

my front fog lights have stopped working and doing a search the only reference to a relay I can find is under the bonnet passenger side. I dont have any relays there, have checked the fuse and it is ok and has power when switched but no power to the lights. anyone else know where it could be.

they are normally behind the battery, either passenger side or drivers side, bolted to the back or the wings
