Won't start Glowplug light flashing

Post by Jolly Rogers » Sun Oct 12, 2008 8:21 am

I have just got her back from the garage after, I had the back box changed and new drop links fitted. I supplied the parts cost £105 for labour  Turns out the it was a real mare to get the old back box off, they had drill out some bolts and things. Which mean't they had too remove moreoff the exhaust. After I picked myself off the floor for the labour charge  I drove her home it was a nice drive home no clunking and a lot quieter. :)
I have tried to start her up this morning the glowplug light is flashing and the is a very faint whirring noise. Any ideas [-o<
Hopefully not too expensive. [-o<

ok does it turn over or just go dead?

I probably will not know the answer but a full discription of what happens when you try will help narrow down the problem

It's all sorted thanks to my son. He said "the Bongo was feeling sad because I spent yesterday working on the Bongolow" He ran out side gave the poorly Bongo a hug. Then i remembered I have had problems before with power getting to the glow plugs (previously I had to run a cable to the glow plugs) A fuse had blown

Thanks for advice
