Has anyone fitted the second battery under the bonnet?

Post by TheBongoBunch » Sun Jun 22, 2008 4:21 pm

Is there a bracket to do this? Which will support the battery?

All the points are there for bolting it in position.

Thanks!

You can buy the trays off ebay.

I have just installed one of these myself. Excellent bit of kit and the split charger very easy to fit.

Mazda do a battery tray and clamps for the drivers side - Bongo bits would be you best bet.
But as already mentioned you can buy handmade ones and certainly no one has complained about willintons trays and they do allow a larger choice of battery size to be fitted.
