horn not working

Hi everybody thinking caps on please. I was travelling up the lane near where i live this morning honked the horn on the first bend and it worked fine came to the second bend and it did not i have checked the horn and wiring under the bonnet it seems ok but when i located the internal fuse box the fuse discriptions are all in jap lingo. your thoughts please.
