I would check your hoses.
I had the exact noise in my Bongo. Turned out to be a small hole in one of the hoses.
Best to check it out.

Is it a wooshing sound just before it changes up gear?
Really advise you to check your hoses when the engine is running.
I ignored the sound for a while, then i noticed it was loosing coolant and that turned out to be quite costly.
