Metal coolant pipe

Post by RobnKathryn » Mon May 12, 2008 10:34 pm

Hi guys

Does anyone know where I can get hold a replacement metal coolant pipe? The one that is between the rad and the head on the offside of the vehicle. The usual suspects don't seem to sell them.

Cheers

Hi,

Try the guys like Alans Vehicle Services, also look on ebay under bongo breaking, there are a couple of vans being broken there. Just need to be sure that the replacement isn't rusty, and they rust inside as well as out.

Thanks Andy, I do want a new one though not from a breaker.....mine is just about hanging in there but not for long I suspect and I have to change the water pump and top hose before this weekend so would like to do the metal pipe at the same time.
