plug leads on v6 petrol

hi,
i have just mixed up 2 of my plug leads on my v6.they aren`t clipped in and it`s not immediately obvious.i`ve run the engine with the plugs in either position,with no cvhange in engine noise/speed.i haven`t driven it yet though.any tips?

:( :( There should be a VERY noticeable difference if connected to the wrong plugs :shock: - try revving the engine a little, that should show up any misfire.
