tow bar

hi, could anyone out there recomend someone in the southend/westcliff on sea essex area to fit a towbar to my bongo (petrol model 2.5 ). I only want to use it to pull a small trailer. Also could anyone recomend a garage or mechanic in the same area for servicing and or repairs. Thanks

Hi Kazanne, welcome aboard. I don't know the SE/south Coast that well, but someone will, I seem to remember a firm in Poole who fit good quality tow bars, but of course can't remember who. You could try a search for 'Towbars' and look through the threads.

Any towbar fitted has to comply with elf'nsafety, 'cos you might only pull a small trailer, but the next guy might not.

I'm sure someone local will be on soon.
