complete cylinder head wanted

I possibly need a new cylinder head, the garage has asked me to try and find a complete one i.e. one that includes the valves etc as this will save time in labour.

Anyone got any links to any.

I have seen some on ebay but need to ask them if they are complete likewise for bongobits.

Most on ebay are bare heads, i bought mine from iezura, but they dont do complete heads!.

There is one here on ebay dont know wether this helps or not.
