Metal strip above bumper and below lights/Grille

Does anyone know whether the metal strip as described in heading can be easily removed, just noticed that the n/s corner has been streamlined by someone/thing and it would be better if it could be taken off for repair

yes it can but for such a small bit of metal theres a hell of a lot of bolts holding it there. ours got streamlined by a pidgeon at 70mph.looked at removing it but realised it would take more than 5 minutes to take it off, so gonna wait till better weather.
