oil drain/sump plug on 2.5 v6 petrol automatic bongo

Post by hogggman » Sat Feb 16, 2008 9:50 am

hi,
can anyone tell me where the oil drain plug is in my 2.5 petrol automatic bongo?is it easily accessible from the underneath of the vehicle,or do i need to remove any covers etc underneath?it may sound a strange question, but i can`t just pop out and look as it`s parked at my mum`s and i`m going over later to check it over.
thankyou

I believe that there is a hole in the sump tray which gives access to the sump plug.
