Hi Can anyone please confirm if the auto roof window should have a seal around it?
Mine does not have a seal around it and there is a channel between the window and the roof on the outside I have looked at pictures of others and I think they do have a seal. Unfortunately the pictures are not clear by the time I have magnified them.
I do have a slight water problem - This is with the roof of course. Water is getting and the only place I can think of is around the window and it does look a little wet around there. Everytime I lift the roof the window is always wet on the inside, is this the same for everyone?
Any assistance is much appreciated.
Thanks
Shane

Think you will find the roof window is bonded to the roof and as such doesnt need a seal.Is the problems with damp being caused by condensation with the roof down,it may just all need drying out.I keep quite a few of the dessicant parcels found in new trainers/electricals etc in the roof space when its down it seems to keep things nice and dry.
If water is getting in it may be round the roof rubber seal, have agood look round it.
