middle brake light advice

Followed Mrs pj down the road in HER Bongo tonight (not allowed inside yet)
Noticed the middle "spoiler" brake light looked very dim :?

Anyone ever cleaned out or replaced internals Or perhaps seen replacement units for sale ?

the light assembly is easy to remove and gets dirty inside,once cleaned up the lights worked normally on ours. :lol:
the voices made me do it!
