Spigot Rings for alloy wheels

Recently bought a bongo.

At 60mph ish there is steering wheel shudder.

Am told that this is NOT balancing but that there are missing spigot rings /huncentric rings for this.

Any ideas where and whom ?

Appreciate any help

got mine from ebay about £8,but any alloy wheel supplier should have them in stock.

sure it was this place.need to check which size you need though.
