You could quite easily pink the ford badge you know?

Remove the badge by carefully prying using a flat headed screw driver, use 1200 grit on the REAR of the badge, after removing all the double sided tape gunk, gently sand away till the silver backing has gone, then keep the sanding paper WET till the blue backing has gone, finish with 1500 or better still 2000 grit paper (if you can find any). When you are happy that there are no visible scratches,t-cut the sanded area to make it extra smooth.

Mask the front of the badge, then spray the rear with any shade of pink of your choice, let it dry for an hour or so,then apply a primer,or lacquer to seal in the colour....Hey presto! pink ford badge!

Mine was red originally, i sprayed it neat green to match the paintwork on my bongo...

Okay the badge is off and I am about to start rubbing off the colour as you suggest. I will listen to a film whilst preparing for the Pinking. I just hope I can get the badge to look okay. I have No Spare, Whoops!!!

There is a set I am after. They are Chrome and Pink, by Just Think Pink. I can only find 14" ones in the UK. All the Autospares people are searching for me.. They are imported to a distribution place at Trafford, but I can't get the telephone number anywhere. Very strange...

Ireland have them, twice as much as here... and a company advertises on the net, but they won't respond too me.

There was a set on Ebay, but as soon as I asked seller a question, he put the price up by another £15.00. Not a nice person. So needless to say, I didn't bid... Mad as heck I didn't now tho'
