funny noise when idle

HI I have a funny sort of tinkly noise when idle if I rev it goes away? Water all topped up??? any ideas please

Check all brackets are tight, Andyandden had a similiar problem last year and it was a bracket that the bolt had come loose, i think it was the handbrake cable

Doe's it go away when you turn the steering wheel a bit?? Power steering pump...normal.

BF member Harry (I think it was) eventually tracked his tinkle down to a spare car key the Japanese owner had hidden in the engine compartment. It had come loose
