1) Yes - no problems but probably a waste of money, except that you already have it
2) Ebay

I would run some flushing oil through it before filling with fully synth................

1. Viscosity fine for Bongo. If mileage more than 25k you will derive no benefit from the fact that it is fully synthetic. It will save you buying more oil though! BUT if you have a low mileage car or bike to use it in then I would do that and buy something more basic for the Bongo.
2. As previous answers :D

Glad you gave the all- clear with the oil situation colin,i followed your recommendations with oil when i started to have probs sourcing the mazda spec oil, i have now settled on a pretty good granville semi-synth 10/40 for my 60k bongo.

Who'd have thought a company called granville could produce a decent oil? I had images of an ageing comedian delivering the tubs in a basket on an ancient shopping bike  Watch out for that till!

you`re right, if i use the synthetic then i`m stuck with expensive changes, mine`s done about 70k but you wouldn`t think so, i`ll see if i can source some more suitable, price wise, in my area.
