front wind screen washer

Post by karena » Tue Aug 21, 2007 1:51 pm

the front wind screen washer has suddenly packed up. There is no sound from the motor, so i,m guessing its not lack of water or blocked pipe that side.
1. does anyone know where the fuse is for this we looked at all the 10 amp ones in the cab and they seemed ok.
2.Where can we get a new motor
3. any ideas of other possible causes so we don,t have to buy new motor.

According to the fuse chart supplied by Ian. The fuse for the wipers is inside the drivers cab above the bonnet and fuel releases.

It is number 15 a 30A fuse which is second from the right on the second row of fuses.

Funnily enough the fuse is actually marked 20A but the write up says 30A. Anyone the wiser?

thanks for that guys. :)
Turned out it wasn,t the fuse, the motor was stuck its fixed now
The bolts on the waterbottle sheared off in the process so its fixed back with cable ties for now.
