you want to use the screwdriver to slightly prise the speedo numbers apart and slowly turn them so it shows the right mileage bit nerving but have a practice on the old kph speedo as it`s coming out anyways
they tend to turn slightly easier one way

i used to have an harley only bike i was glad that got robbed
my other car is also a car plus 12 bikes

I found that inserting the screw driver between the dials to the rear and turning them up worked for me.

I started with the lower numbers and moved up

How many thousand have you inadvertantly wiped off in the process?

i also reset mine to the mile, i used the converter on this forum, no point in being dishonest the truth will only come to light when you sell it, just got to do the speed test to find out how accurate the speedo is, now wheres the nearest speed camera ?

I set mine to the nearest 100 and I will be keeping all of my MOT slips (with recorded mileages) from the first registration

I will be keeping the old speedo, Mot`s and the recept for the cambelt change so the mileage can be proved. :) Won`t be selling it for a few years anyway. Then again if someone offered silly money who knows .:?:
