New bongo is about to go for a spray of underseal. i know the rear arches need plenty, are there any other weak points I should ask the garage to make sure off?
PS I noticed there was alot of crud down the back of the front wing where it meets the A post...how's yours?
I was also going to do the interior panels with waxoyl; down the insides of the doors, sills etc. Smelly but worth it?
cheers fellas

If you feel inside the rear wheel arches there is a lip where the outer and inner skins of the wheel arch is joined. I used a brush to push waxoyl in between the joints on this lip. The problem is that crud collects on the lip and moisture finds its way between the joint and thats what starts the rust. I think all vehicles with wheel arches made in this way suffer from rust if not kept up to. Also as part of regular cleaning I use a brush and water jet to clear the crud from inside the wheel arch.
I dont know how far your guy is going with the waxoyling but if you can get him to put some in the sills and box sections while its up on the ramp then do so because its a very messy job.
