Central locking problem

Post by dan_w2s » Sat Aug 04, 2007 1:22 pm

Hi, I am trying to diagnose a problem with my central locking. I have seen it on here before - driver's door unlocks but other doors only unlock intermetiantly. I assume it is a problem with the wires in that live in a tube between the driver's door and the car. I have taken a look but don't know which one/ones are for the locking. I did find that the dark green and black is broken and fixing this has allowed my driver's door mirror to fold again :) however no luck with the locking yet.

Seams a good place to look is the wire loom between the door and pillar

you are looking for a orange or yellow wire that may be broken
see this thread http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... ing+wiring
