cam belt kit any good?

looking on ebay ,cam belt kit including tensoiner and spring(item 120137559090) for just £39.95 can these be any good at this price? i have used the company before for some ngk glow plugs but it does not say who makes the belt etc.

replaced mine with this kit a while ago tis still running
