just a quick question, im having a big service done next week,

can i tell you what i got and you tell me if im missing anything......

air filter, oil filter, fuel filter,

cambelt and sping and the tensioner.......

engineer does the oil....does it need anything special....

is that me lot.....

he said not to get glow plugs unless starting is a problem, ....well it is a little reluctant....bit chuggy and bit of smoke.....

got the bits from bongo bits but just wanted to make sure that i have everything, as travelling up north in it in 2 months.....

I would do the glowplugs and supply the oil (5W30). If he's doing the cambelt you might want to do the ancilliary belts at the same time.

And if you don't know the history change the gearbox and axle oil without fail.

what are the other belts...........

any ideas on the other oils that i need or are they all standard....

Out of interest where abouts are you going for your service?? As I only live 10 miles away and been travelling to Reading for my services.

and the other belts someone mentioned,

dont go getting technical on me......... im a woman,.....

need 10 men really.....one for diy, engineer, decorator, plumber, plasterer, electrician, domestic cleaner, gardener, car washer and a rich one....why should we only be allowed one man at a time..... he he

ATF....automatic transmission fluid..... worth while having done whilst its in......as long as you have an automatic that is.....

don't forget the coolant, 50/50 water and antifreeze.
