WOT'S this wire for??

Post by haydn callow » Fri Apr 06, 2007 2:48 pm

Just been out playing with Bongo. Under the drivers seat there is a plastic plug with a black and a red/green wire. Traced the wire back and the other end plugs into the loom by the handbrake lever. Also under the seat is a socket which looks as though the plug is ment to be connected to. Any idea what this is for before I connect up. Thought it might be airbag driver detector but no airbag in my 95 bongo.

It sounds like it's the plug for the seat belt warning light. I have sent you a pm.
