Re: Steam Gathering weekend 23rd-25th July
It is lovely and sunny here in Allithwaite as I type and weather reports seem to be in the up in favour of sun and a lot less rain, so fingers crossed.
I will take our hook up lead it can be used to extend someone if necessary

Hi Jo
My other half Jeanette is working until 9.30 on Friday (the hospital cant do without her) our original plan was to set of early Saturday, but if we left about 10.30 Fri we could be there about 1.30 am. Would it be ok to arrive at this time as I wouldnt like to wake anyone from there beauty sleep or will you still be partying in the marquee. If so save me a beer.

I guess that this would be up to Pixie but as you don't need a hookup I can't see a problem. There is a car park in front of the Villiage Hall quite a way away from where we will be camped up. You could spend the first night there if necessary.
