You don't need to panic about it , I think you can pretty much do it the day before, you just get a reference number & quote that at the desk.

There are quite a few vans staying, 6 or 7 I think. Definitely worth contacting them to see if there is room.

Have just spoken to the Wookey Hole people, and there will be a performance in the circus theatre on March 1st. This performance is by kiddies up to about 14 years, doing
* juggling
* stilts
* wire walking
* rope and silks
* bungee skills
* trapeze skills
and other circus tricks. I have not seen it myself but know it is very popular with the audience, both for children and adults. I think it's well worth going.
Do not know the performance timings but we can check that out on the day.
