Right Folks We have a plan!!

Managed to get hold of the Nissan Club and they have agreed this strategy as well !

Firstly please see a map of Tatton Park it can be downloaded here:

Tatton is a very big park and there is a danger that vehicles might set up in more than one location, each not knowing the other is there. The plan hopefully to avoid this is:-

1) Head for the Tatton Mile entrance (this is the very long straight road that runs from (I think) near the A50 turn-off all the way to Ashley, near Hale. It runs close to Rostherne and the entrance is opposite where you would turn left for Rostherne if coming from the A50 end.

2) Once in the park, the road runs straight for 1/4 mile or so then you have a choice to continue round to the right or turn left.

Carry on round to the right on the entrance road and go to the end of the main car park. You are much nearer to all the main facilities here so if we all try and find this we should be Ok

Hold fire on the plan guys and gals. Found myself driving past Tatton this morning so dropped in for a recce and am about to PM Dabs to update him so he can weigh up pros and cons and put out a bulletin. Watch this space

I know that - I needed permission NOT to take littly to a birthday party and that meant Mark had to offer to go on his own - we usually both go

There is a possibility that loads will meet at a certain time, somewhere just off the M6, then go in in convoy.

I would think Poplar Truckstop at J20 may be feasable
