A week before bookings for hookups close and only 4 have paid.

If I can't fill the 14 hookups by 31st August the bash is off and we'll just go ahead with an informal meet.

ps: I'm now working during the day on the Saturday so we'll need a volunteer to lead the local walk and the dog show.

booked and paid for lecky yesterday in advance.
got to support this 100% as its my fav meet/site, so knowing how hard you have worked to keep this one going .

We're definitely on for this but probably only for the Saturday night and don't need electric. Friday nights are a bit busy lately

If I can't fill the booked slots by the weekend I'm going to have to cancel our block booking.

Those that have paid already will have the option of still going ahead or getting a full refund. The NW fund will make up the difference on the discounted rate.

If you havn't paid me by the weekend but still want to go then you'll have to book with the site direct.

you can upgrade me to hook up too - if anyone is being put off hook up because they dont have a joined on awning you can borrow my khyam (i cant put it up anyway ) -rang the number this morning guess you are out of the office H -will try again later.
