Right, been through the tailgate loom again as there was another fault. Seems when i fixed one wire i should have checked the rest. The two other wires for the wiper had broken too in the same place. All fixed now and i am hoping that by having no shield or tape around them that they will move around freely without breaking again. Thanks to Mike(dreamwarrioruk) for his phone help today.
Re-routed my live feeds from the LCA and TM2 to the tops of No7 and No8 fuse and was not happy with the hold on the cut down spade terminals. I figured they were not going in enough, so i made up some of these.

I am hoping they will get deeper into the holder.

How i made them
Take one of these fuses
Image

Cut it apart and cut to size with a pair of snips
Image
Make the grip from the crimp terminal tighter by squeezing it with a pair of pliers and force the little bit inside
Image

Cover it with a shrink tube and heat
Image

Trim the ends and there you go

I will let you know if they are any better tomorrow.
Anyone know where i can get my hands on the ones that the Willington kit uses. They are good.

That terminal I made above didn't work BTW. I found the best solutions were to either use the prong from a mini blade fuse and solder it direct to the wire. Or cut Dow. A spade terminal and remove the plastic from the terminal and solder it onto the wire.
