I might have even dreamt it..?
I read on a Bongo recall list about about a dodgy batch of indicator stalks?
Dandy? your the man with the site address..?

Maybe?

It's in a fact sheet in the member's area - only affects models built between 19/12/2000 - 08/01/2004.
Cheers John, I knew i'd seen it somewhere..

I've been leaning on the bar all night trying to work out where!!

Here's the link to Bongo recall advice on the
'dog and lemon' website. It's a handy site, they have recall advice for many different vehicles.

Any news on your indicator?
Indicating all the time must be a
blinking nuisance.
Hope you got it/get it sorted soon.

Okay, got it sussed, if you look at this lush projects page
http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... 2of02.html
I hope I can describe this properly, the bit of plastic that goes around the side (if you look at the cable of stalk 66-122B in the photo and follow the cable back the way, before the cable gets to 66-122, the bit of plastic that's showing at the side of the mechanism) has broken, so the little sliding bit which the broken bit of plastic sits over has no way of being cancelled. I'm going to try some superglue initially then probably hit the breakers.
Thanks for all your help, and if I need to replace the mechanism, might look at sourcing another leather steering wheel Donald
