Got it insured with Lifesure today at £304 for the year - much better than the silly quotes I have been given elsewhere

Can't tax it until Insurance certificate comes but hopefully it will be here tomorrow!

Have to add aswell, the camper bit up top is also immaculate and still has plastic wrapping in places. We put my 2 yr old up there and closed the hatch and she loved it!
Welcome, sounds like you've got a good van. Remember to go back for your 2 year old next week 8)

Great news. One word of warning. Teach the kids to treat the roof tent with great respect and not to fool around in it as:

1) Potential dangers slamming fingers in the closing roof hatch
2) Once they unzip the tenting so they can peer out the flynetting (they love that) the flynet is delicate and easily torn.
3) They should not attempt to put the roof up and down without adult supervision (checking that roof area is clear and hatch either closed or folded fully back so as not to catch the roof when it lowers.

Roof repairs are expensive and spares tricky to get. But its huge fun - the main reason I got a Bongo.

Think thats about it. Have fun 8)
