Hiya you (nice to meet you etc!)
I'm deffo up for it, but I really can't say when, it'll all depend on weather. If it's pants I just don't go. I'd happily have done this weekend coming, but the forecast's gone shoite again
After this, I have one weekend, then am in the Gower, then The Big Chill (probably), then have 2 weekends before Scotland. After Scotland I'll be back to work/uni/kids...
If The Big Chill falls through, it'll give me 3 weeks in which I could come over... probs best to just do an impromptu thing when it blows?
Go big,
Dee
PS Foz, no worries mate, I'll catch you down Hunny sometime

I fly kites occasionally (when it is too windy to fly) but on the whole I prefer to be higher!
I've seen at least one other Bongo in Wales driven by a paraglider pilot. Anyone else fly bits of cloth and string?

Landlocked in Bedfordshire! But will travel for a decent beach!
Can't do the next few weekends, but would love to meet up with you all for a fly.
Snowy has that lucky bird poo that fell at Aindsale on Saturday not brought you any more luck?
Both of us kite so our bongo can be a little full when were touring!
Dee/Foz will definitely get across to Hunny let me know when you coming across.

Isued to prefer a decent pair of wings strapped around me parabat2. Thought about hang gliding (paragliding hadnt caught on then) but didnt like the number of broken ankles pilots sustained. Way too old now!
Read Judi Leden's biog though - fantastic

I'm really hoping to go in North Wales this month as in August I'll be in Sardinia on holiday...I'm up for any week end this month but I've been keeping an eye for the last couple of months and there hasn't been any wind in the weekend for a while so we might be lucky.
Keep an eye on the wind and let me know all I have to do is load up and go...
