izzizm,
Sorry, may have got definitions muddled...
Do you mean battery support tray by harness? If so, that's not what I was meaning!
Madmile does make up a wiring set with relay fuses etc. I've seen them on ebay @ £60, but he doesn't seem to have one listed right now.
Can't find them just now, but there are a couple of good recent threads about Leisure Battery wiring.
Some Bongos (can PM you a pic if you like) that live 'Up North' in Japan, come with 2 batteries wired in parallel to give double the current for cold starting in the winter.
Hope this makes more sense today!

hi izzizm, i purchased the kit inc 180 amp vsr relay off willington on ebay, for £65 inc delivery, hes the guy that makes the grp battery trays for the bongo on ebay.
it took me five minutes to wire it up to the batteries then another 5 to wire it through into the fuse box. he sends fitting instructions too

no worries, hope it sorts the problemMountainGoat wrote:Heavy earth strap gratefully received today, thanks Waycar8. Fitted to Bongo, then starter battery recharged and Bongo taken for a run. Now the waiting begins to see if my starter battery at long last stops loosing its charge. Watch this space.
