cambelt replacement

Coming up for 45000 miles and just wondering what is the recommend mileage to replace the cambelt?

Sorry, forgot the rest of your question. It should be changed every 100,000kms or 62,000 mls but they perish with age as well.

I think its 100,000km or 3 years, but not withstanding the fact that unless you can be 100% sure its been done -always safest to do it again.
