My own experience with the japanese hi fi's is that they never work properly and no matter how flash they are I always bin them and replace with a decent UK CD player - if its double din then its easy enough to add a cubby box (or BMW clock  ) to fill the spare slot.

The Double Din item looks a winner http://www.ads-shop.com/Code_iE0626_Reg ... 99/201.htm
I have scoured the "Interweb" for something like this and have found similar items but not as comprehensive as this one. I wonder what it looks like with the screen away ( It pays not to advertise)
I say, Do You Bongo?....... RATHER!
