Service,timing belt etc.

Going to give it the full monty, cambelt, oil change, fanbelts etc., i normally use a Gates belt but can`t find one listed for my Bongo, don`t want to cut corners, doing it myself anyway, want to use the best quality so which do i buy ? seem to be lots of choice out there. I also have some injector cleaner and engine flush, and intend changing the antifreeze with Comma red 50/50 mix, any thoughts or recommendations welcome.

Its always a good idea to replace the antifreeze, especially if you dont know when it was last done, but please remember to bleed the system afterwards!... There is a LOT of information on here with regards to bleeding. Type coolant bleeding in the search facility...

Hi I used an ADL (blueprint) cambelt & tensioner Which I got from my local motor factors cost me about £45.00.
ADL is original equipment and it is listed in there book.
