i've just replaced the flexable part of my exhaust and now it whistles, only at high revs. have checked for leaks all ok, used pattern part any ideas.

Have you checked your manifold studs?

Except that, I'm guessing, that the whistle wasn't there before changing the flexipipe. So either a coincidence that the manifold should start to blow now or more likely something has been upset during installation of the new pipe. Did you break the connection between the turbo and downpipe? If so did you use a new gasket or gasket paste? If not, try remaking that joint with a paste type gasket.
