Cost for new rear arch repair

Post by Flanners » Wed Feb 11, 2026 5:06 pm

Haven't been around for a while, Bongo has been on the drive for the last few months over Winter and really very little use last year.

I have just washed it and noticed there are several bubbles on the rear arches (the rest of the van is mint underside is tip top), the bubbles are really minor at the moment but it's on the way!......can anyone advise how much the Trade will charge to refurb and fit two new rear arches and who they used/or recommend to undertake a good job that will last me and the van out?

Cheers

It varies across the country its not really practical to advise on costs!
You can get weld in replacement arches from Bongospares they are the only ones that do a correctly stamped/moulded style otherwise there are some arches that can be modified/stretched.
