I know this may sound very strange as it’s usually the opposite but I’m looking at the possibility of reverting back to MPV from Motor caravan classification on my V5C
The reason for this is I drive to work to a low CAZ (clear air zone) which if i put the reg of my V6 petrol on the GOV website it’s states chargeable at £9 per day
I believe is due to the fact that on the DVLA comes up as motor caravan (van)
As cars are non chargeable (I’ve tried lots of other V6 petrol plates all were ok) I’m looking at the possibility of reverting back to MPV
Anyone done this before ?
Any advice how to go about it ?
Many thanks
Changing from motor caravan back to MPV
Re: Changing from motor caravan back to MPV
I seem to recall that they may only allow you to change to Van with Windows, which seems to be the current designation ? I think the only way you can find out would be to call them and confirm!
