Original parking sensors help

Does anyone have any knowledge re the factory fitted original sensors.

I have them in mine and have a few issues but can't seem to find any info or replacement parts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Front sensor doesn't seem to work
E2 error code
Accidentally put it into settings modes. Choice of 1, 2 or 3. Put it in 1 but no idea what that means.
Rear display was working. Now not.

I held the button down and it gave me options. 0, 1, 2 - I think maybe sensitivity settings.
